Welcome

Life is a journey of ebbs and flows.

I don't have to tell you, you're living it.

But with that journey comes life's lessons and if we are wise, we will apply it, to learn and heal for the next phase or season of our lives.

We generate new roots from a lesson learned (wisdom) that we thought depleted us, but in fact it gave us what we needed to hydrate, sprout, and be infused with the right nutrients to thrive once again.

Join us, as we explore the "als" experiences of life, mental, spiritual, physical, relational, personal, professional, . . .

Journal With Me

Prompt

If the holidays were meant just for you, what would be inside the box this year?

  • What do you need more of this season, rest, joy, courage, clarity, forgiveness, or connection?

  • What expectation, pressure, or memory needs to be gently set down so you can breathe again?

  • Who do you show up as when the decorations come down and the new year begins?

Write freely, no editing, no perfection, just honesty.

Quote

"Sometimes the best gifts, those that bring us joy, courage, rest, and confidence, aren't wrapped." -Cassandra P Dennis
